• • Exfoliate the day before your appointment.
• • Take a Tylenol or Advil and apply numbing cream as directed if you choose an hour before your appointment.
• • Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine the day of but make sure to HYDRATE Do not exfoliate for 48 hours post wax.
• • If you have very long hairs trim them down to an inch and half. It’ll be easier on you.
• • Avoid wearing tight clothing to your appointment. She's gonna need to breathe freely for minute!
• • Bring an extra pair of clean underwear to wear after the wax your pores are open.

AFTER WAX CARE

• • Avoid the sauna, gym, and sex after your appointment for 24 hours. Do not exfoliate for 48 hours post-wax.
• • Exfoliate every other day with gloves and a physical or chemical exfoliant.
• • Nothing Scented for 24 hours.
• • No Tanning for 24 hours.
• • Schedule your next visit 4-5 weeks. Consistent waxing results in less hair and finer hair growing back.
